Welcome to Flourish Boutique. We are thrilled to be chosen to create some beautiful blooms. We have quite a reputation of being committed to giving our customers a fantastic, hassle-free experience. To keep everything running smoothly, here is the fine print. Not as exciting as flowers, but just as important.
Orders can be placed online, overr the phone or in-store. All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include G.S.T. where applicable. Simply share the details and leave the rest to us! Be sure your info is correct (we'd hate to send your order to the wrong person!)
1.2 Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, either by visa or mastercard through our square payment system or by paypal (online) or cash (instore only)
1.3 Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order. Don’t forget to check your Spam or others folder. If you don’t hear from us, give us a nudge—we’re here to help!
2. Flower Power: Delivery Details
2.1 Where We Deliver:We are based in Wynyard, Tasmania, but we spread the magic from Burnie to Smithton. For an up to date list of delivery suburbs and times, please refer to our Delivery page. Need flowers delivered farther? Let’s chat—we’ll try to make it happen.
2.2 Delivery Timing:We aim to deliver your flowers on the specified date. While we can’t promise exact times, we always aim to get your blooms there fresh and fabulous.
2.3 Leaving Flowers Safely:No one home? No problem! We’ll leave your flowers in a safe, shady spot or with a friendly neighbour.
If we can’t get to the front door or gain access to the property ie. Electric or locked gate, or if there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers, a card will be left asking the recipient to contact us. You will be notified if this is the case.
3.1 When Flowers Play Hide-and-Seek:If a specific bloom is unavailable (seasonal quirks happen), we’ll replace it with something equally lovely. You’ll still get a bouquet that wows! Please be aware that we are an island state and sometimes things are not as readily available as on the mainland.
3.2 Our Promise:We’ll always match the style, color, and vibe of your original choice—because every arrangement deserves to shine.
4.1 Changed Your Mind? We totally understand that circumstances can change. We are happy to refund you right up to the day of delivery. Please email leigh@flourishboutique.com.au or phone (03) 6442 1137 and we will reverse your payment, no fees charged.
Unfortunately, if the flowers have been delivered, in transit, already created or a courier has been engaged, as you would understand, we are unable to refund you. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss.
4.2 Not Happy? We’re Listening!If your flowers arrive looking less than perfect, contact us. We’ll make it right—it’s a promise.
5.1 Photos and Content:The gorgeous pictures and designs on our site are our creative magic. Please don’t reuse them without permission—let’s keep the bloom magic here.
5.2 Privacy Matters:We take your privacy seriously. Your info is safe with us, and we’ll only use it to make sure your flowers find their way to the right place. Check out our [Privacy Policy link] for details.
Life is unpredictable. If Mother Nature or something out of our control gets in the way of your delivery, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. We will always notify you if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
